Aeroflot Advantages of Online Check-In
- You can check-in for your flight from your home or office;
- Online check-in starts 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time1;

1The check-in deadline for Aeroflot flights from Berlin, Brussels, Cairo, China (Beijing, Shanghai), Delhi, Dubai, Frankfurt, Japan (Tokyo – Haneda Airport), Hanoi (only for flights departing on Mondays), London (Heathrow),Malé, Munich, Oslo, Paris, Prague, Tel Aviv, Tenerife, USA (New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Miami), Valencia, Varadero is 1 hour before the scheduled departure.
2The Turkish authorities require that passengers flying from Antalya airport who choose self-service check-in must go to the check-in desk to receive a boarding pass before the check-in deadline for their flight.
3The Chinese immigration authorities require that passengers departing from Beijing, Hong Kong or Shanghai who choose self check-in must go to the check-in desk to receive their boarding pass before the check-in deadline for their flight.
4Due to stricter aviation security measures passengers who chose self-check-in at Cairo airport, regardless of whether they have already printed out their boarding pass, are advised to arrive at the airport ahead of time and go to the check-in desk to obtain a boarding pass. The security staff at Cairo airport will clear passengers for further preflight procedures only after this one is completed.
You can check in for your flight if:
- Your flight is operated by Aeroflot (SU) or its subsidiaries (Rossiya (FV) or Aurora (HZ)),* and you are flying from Moscow (Sheremetyevo) or any other airport equipped with the Aeroflot check-in system;
- You are not carrying weapons, guitars, any baggage in a passenger seat, or animals including guide dogs, assistance dogs, emotional support dogs or service dogs.
- You do not require the unaccompanied minor service.

If you preselect seats when purchasing tickets, Aeroflot will do its best to make these reserved seats available to you at check-in, but we cannot guarantee it.
If you hold a Business class ticket or are a Platinum/Gold tier member of the Aeroflot Bonus loyalty programme, you can use the VIP lounges at airports within Russia and abroad.
Should you wish to exchange or refund your ticket after using the mobile check-in, please call our contact centre or a local Aeroflot office.
Please be sure to allow sufficient time. Please remember that upon arrival at the airport you will have to pass through the security screening and, for international flights, customs and passport control. The boarding gate closes 20 minutes prior to the flight departure time.

Check in from a PC
Online check-in is very simple.
- Enter your booking code and last name
- Check your details and select the passenger(s) you wish to check in
- If you are an Aeroflot Bonus loyalty programme member, enter your Frequent Flyer card number
- Select your preferred aircraft seats
- Print out your boarding pass
- Your check-in is complete
You can use the Reprint option to print another copy of the boarding pass. Just open your booking and select the Reprint option.
Yes, they can be. To do this, provide your member number/present your Aeroflot Bonus card when booking/purchasing tickets or checking in for the flight, i.e. before the flight.
Yes, you can enter your frequent flyer card number when checking in if you did not do so when booking your ticket.
When you arrival at the airport, check the information for your flight on the information board. If you have baggage to check in, go to the baggage drop-off desks. At airports without drop-off desks, you can check in your baggage at any regular check-in desk before check-in closes. Please read the Rules for the Carriage of Baggage and Carry-on Baggage. If the weight or dimensions of your baggage exceed the free allowance, you will have to pay for the excess baggage.
Please keep track of the check-in deadline at the airport. If you only have carry-on baggage and do not need to print out a boarding pass, then upon arrival at the airport you will have to pass through security screening and, for international flights, customs and passport control. After passing through the pre-flight procedures, check the information board for your gate number and proceed to the boarding gate.
Make sure to arrive at the airport well in advance so that you have sufficient time for the pre-flight procedures. The boarding gate closes 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time on your ticket.
Special meals are prepared in advance, so they must be ordered no later than 36 hours before your flight’s scheduled departure. The special meal service cannot be ordered during check-in.
You can read the relevant regulations in the Rules for the Carriage of Baggage and Carry-on Baggage section. You are responsible for the condition of the baggage you choose to take onboard.
If you have any baggage to check in, make sure to arrive at the check-in desk for your flight before check-in closes. If you only have carry-on baggage, you should arrive at the boarding gate no later than 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time specified in your ticket.
